You will be
sent a confirmation email once your course has enough registrants to go
forward.
Payment:
You may go to the
website, http://www.lcmosaics.com/schedule.html
and pay using the PayNow button. (PayPal, and Debit or Credit Cards).
If paying by
check, make checks payable to Lynne Chinn Mosaics and mail to Lynne Chinn Mosaics
Waitlist:
If a workshop is filled
at the time your payment by check is received you will be notified and given
the opportunity to be placed on a waiting list. If paying by PayPal and the
class is full, please email Lynne Chinn at info@lcmosaics.com if you wish to be
considered or placed on the wait list. Wait list members will be notified on a
first-come first-served basis.
Refunds:
Fees that
Lynne Chinn Mosaics incurs (3% PayPal usage fee) will be deducted from any
refund amount.
Full refunds
will be granted 30 days or more before the start date of the course.
Partial refunds will be granted as follows:
75% Refund – between 29 and 21 days before the start date of the course.
50% Refund – between 20 and 14 days before the start date of the course.
25% Refund – between 13 and 7 days before the start date of the course.
No Refund – 6 days or less before the start date of the course.
Cancellation:
Courses
that do not meet the minimum enrollment may be cancelled. If the course must be cancelled by Lynne Chinn Mosaics,
you will receive a full refund (100%).
